UPDATE 2/11/26: The SAVE America Act has been passed in the U.S. House! Now we need to urge our Senators to get this bill to the floor and vote YES.

The right to vote in the United States is sacred to all of us, and allowing non-citizens to participate dilutes the voices of American citizens.

The SAVE America Act (a revised version of the SAVE Act) includes a voter identification requirement and mandates proof of citizenship at the time of voter registration—closing loopholes that currently allow noncitizens to register and vote in our elections.

Yet, shockingly, some senators have not yet signed on to support this legislation. The bill has just passed in the House, which means the time to act is NOW. This legislation must become law in order to protect our elections!

Call both Senators and demand that they cosponsor Senate Bill 1383 and support it when it comes to the floor for a vote. Tell them that it’s past time we have confidence in our elections.

We will not sit back and watch as our votes continue to be diluted by non-citizens due to loopholes in the National Voter Registration Act and the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act.

Americans should have full faith and confidence that our elections are legitimate and decided only by lawful ballots cast by U.S. citizens.
