Ed Martin is already serving as U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia—and doing the job with the integrity and leadership this moment demands. But unless the Senate acts fast to confirm him, his temporary assignment will expire in just two weeks.

Washington, D.C. is ground zero for federal overreach, political influence, and weaponized justice. We can’t afford to lose a principled, constitutional leader who is already making a difference.

Every level of government needs strong leadership committed to the rule of law—and the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia is no exception. Ed Martin is not a future nominee—he’s already serving in this role, and he’s proving exactly why he should stay.

Important Update

Thank you for your passionate support for Donald Trump’s appointees, especially your recent push to have Ed Martin confirmed as U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.

Our president has decided to move Mr. Martin to a new position, leading the newly-created Weaponization Working Group within the U.S. Justice Department. This group will investigate incidents of Justice Department employee’s engaging in political persecution, particularly during the Biden administration. It has also been reported that Mr. Martin will serve as a pardon attorney for the Deputy Attorney General’s office.

We are so grateful for your effort and support, and we have no doubt that Mr. Martin will flourish in this new role, helping to create an unbiased justice system from within.
