First, the Senate must confirm the nearly 100 presidential nominees still pending. Especially, Casey Mulligan, for Chief Counsel for Advocacy at the Small Business Administration, who is ready for a floor vote right now!

Second, the Senate must strengthen and pass the “One, Big, Beautiful Bill” immediately by:
• Eliminating all Green New Deal/Inflation “Reduction” Act slush-fund spending, especially the wind and solar tax credits.
